* 招聘职位Purchasing Assistant Internship
* 职位描述1. Report to Purchasing team lead, Global Operations and Control and coordinate with Store Ops, Marketing and Vendor for uniform design and manufacturing project.

2. Manage the appropriate fabric swatches, prototypes and samples developed as requirements.

3. Monitor the project timeline and ensure the procedures on the right track.

4. Create and maintain the database in excel / DMS (internal order system)

5. Prepare presentation material for the project progress.

6. Follow up and verify with vendors for all required submissions.

7. Assist in product tests and prepare report in cost analysis and logistics management.

8. May coordinate in other global projects - samples management / Administrative support, like standardizing the global paper collaterals as operation supplies.

9. May work at irregular hours occasionally because of coordination with divisions in different time zones
* 职位要求1. Undergraduate in fashion design, textile manufacturing, business studies, procurement or supply chain management.

2. Fluent English and Good English Writing Skill

3. Good administrative, negotiation, problem solving, communication and listening skill

4. Positive work attitude, mature, able to handle multi- tasking

5. Good computer skill (Excel, word, Powerpoint, etc)

6. Well organized and detail minded, able to work independently
