——2016年元旦致辞
各位亲爱的TCL兄弟姐妹们：
又是一年一度辞旧迎新的时刻，我要先向大家道一声：新年好！也让我们彼此道一声：新年好！
此刻，回顾我们并肩走过的2015年，我心中感慨良多。
这一年，国内外经济形势严峻，我们所处的产业竞争惨烈，然而，我们依然取得了来之不易的成绩，集团整体销售收入保持增长并取得了较好赢利。主要产业经营均有超出市场平均表现的亮点，仅举几个例子：多媒体调整产品结构效果明显，通讯智能手机销量持续提升，华星光电继续保持效率与效益的行业领先。金融控股集团主动应变取得良好成绩，而显示科技、翰林汇，则在逆势的行业环境下，成功上市。
这一年，我们在经营主战场搏杀征战的同时，密集进行了双轮战略实施布局：成立互联网应用及服务事业本部，搭建海外三军联动运营体系，引进高端战略人才，跨界搭建资本与战略合作关系，努力形成并扩大可持续经营的具ARPU值的用户群… 在所有这些积极努力摸索的过程中，让我们对路径更加清晰，对目标更加坚定！
此刻，送别2015年之际，我的心中有无数难忘的影像掠过：有年初发布双轮驱动战略的激动，有新生入职盛典的青春跃动，有鹰旅戈行的汗血交融的感动，有开创大格局、大视野跨界合作所带来的新兴机会的激情涌动，还有扎实提升四项核心能力取得进展的欣慰…所有这些珍贵的记忆，都是因为，TCL有你们！
我的TCL兄弟姐妹们，请与我一起感受，我们一起走过的2015；请接受我深深的感谢！
辞旧过后，让我们面对2016年，全球经济环境将持续严峻，竞争环境将更加残酷；然而，这又恰恰蕴藏企业发展和超越的机会。今年是我们3053战略规划的开局之年。 我们对自己提出极具挑战的目标——再用3年 的时间，再造一个TCL！ 这不仅意味着TCL作为企业将要达到的新高度，我更希望看到的是：更具竞争力和国际化的TCL，能够更高地托起实业强国的的梦想，能够更高地托起每位TCL人的个人与家庭的梦想！
梦想高远，需要大格局、大视野；更需要坚定信念，脚踏实地！
我们要切实提升四项核心能力，即产品技术能力、工业能力、品牌及全球化经营能力、互联网应用服务能力，以此搭建通向我们共同目标的坚实基础和阶梯。
2016年，我们将继续把双轮驱动发展战略引向深入。“双+”转型项目在商业模式及业务运营上，要持续创新、不断完善、扩大战果、赢得突破。在国际化战场，我们要将“三军联动、品牌领先、扎根重点市场”的策略落实到位，我们已苦心经营十几年国际化战略，经验与教训已经积累够多了，我们必须将国际化战略转化为加快企业成长发展的强大引擎，是时候了！
2016年，无论严峻的经济局势，残酷的竞争环境，我们的目标不会动摇。我们要将目标与信念、团队精神、行动与执行力、坚韧与突破的戈行精神，融入到我们的企业理念当中，使之成为TCL的DNA，成为我们前行的强劲动力。
我常常忆起不久前与一百六十多位TCL戈友汗血交融的四天三夜， 我说：“你们让我感动！你们让我有信心！”
我更期待与七万多TCL员工一起开启3053鹰旅戈行，我知道，你们会让我骄傲，让TCL骄傲，让每位TCL人骄傲！天行健，君子以自强不息！ 让我们一起开启3053鹰戈之旅！

Dear TCLers,
As we bid farewell to 2015and look forward to the next,I would like to take this opportunity to wish you a very happy New Year.
I would like to share with youa few personal reflections on2015:
This past year we'vefacedsevere economic situations both at home and abroad while our business sectorsexperienced fierce competition. Against all odds, we have managed to achieve a lot;Our overall sales revenues and profitcontinues to grow as major business units have delivered above-market-average performance. To name a few, TCL Multimedia has obtained good results by adjusting product mix, TCL Communications maintained the upward trend of smart phone sales and CSOT continues to be industry leader in terms of efficiency and profitability. Financial Holding Group actively and effectively responds to market changes while Display Technology and Hanlinhui are successfully listed in stock markets in an adverse industry environment.
In addition,we have intensified our effortvia the implementation of Dual-focused Strategy as well as in the main battlefield of business operation. We have established the Internet Application & Service Business Unit.To accelerate Internationalization, we have set up an Operation Management system that will promote the three major product lines (TV, mobile phone and home appliance) in overseas markets. We have strategic talents joining TCL. Wewere able to build crossover partnerships between capital markets and strategic sectors. And we areobtaining and growing numbers of ARPU-generating users……It is these types of effortsthat can help us become more certain of our development path and firmerof our targets.
As we bid farewell to 2015, many preciousmemoriescome tomind: the excitement about launching the Dual-focused Strategy in early 2015, the thrill of welcoming new graduatesat theorientation commencement, the deepappreciation ofthe team-spirit demonstratedduring theGobi desert Journey, theinspirationfrom the new opportunities brought about by crossover cooperation (with grand vision and grand aim), and I was more than delighted to witness the improvements that TCLers have made in four core competences…… All of these precious memories are because of you! My dear TCL brothers and sisters, let's share these memorable moments together and thank you for your efforts in making us a better TCL!
Now standing at the threshold of 2016:
Wearen't expecting this year to be easysince theglobal economy continues tostruggle and (we expect) competition will beeven more severe. However, though challenging,such an environment also gives enterprises the opportunities to develop and to exceed. 2016 marks the beginning of the 3053 Strategy as we set a challenging goal for ourselves: to double overall revenue in 3 years’ time! This goal bears three folds of meaning to me: it's about a stronger and more globalized TCL, more importantly,I hope a more globalized TCL can support more of the nation's dream of being amanufacturing powerhouse in the worldand I hope that a stronger TCL can support in the realization ofthe dreams of TCLers and their families!
To realize such a dream not only requires grand vision and wise layout, but also requires faith, perseverance and down-to-earth solid work. We must earnestly enhance the four core competences, namely product technology competence, industrial competence, brand and global operation competence and Internet application and service competence -these will serve as a solid foundation and necessary steps to reach our common goal.
In 2016, we will further implement Dual-focused Strategy. “Double+” projects (projects that feature “smart+Internet” “product+service”) must be continuously innovated and enhanced in terms of business model and operation so as to gain breakthroughs. Asfor Internationalization, we must promote three product lines simultaneously, and to become a brand-leader in key markets. We have been dedicatedtothe Internationalization cause for 12 years andhavegained lots of experience and learned lots of lessons. Now it’s high time that we should transform thisInternationalization strategy to be a powerful engine for development.
Our goal will not change despite the severe economy and competitive environment in 2016. We must incorporate Gobi spirit, which is about clear goals delivered with faith, teamwork, action and execution, tenacity and breakthrough, into our business philosophy. It will be part of TCL's DNA that can always motivate us to go forward.
I often think of the days and nights I spent with the 160 Gobi fellows in the Gobi Desert. I said to you: "Youmake me moved! You give me confidence!"
I eagerly look forward to our 3053 Eagle Journey beingembraced by all the 70,000+ TCLers. I firmly believe that you will be proud of TCL and yourselves! As heaven maintains vigor through movement, a gentleman should constantly strive for self-perfection! Dear TCLers, let’s start the 3053 Eagle Journey together!
